1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1/4 cup of water 1/2 cup of sugar 3 eggs 2 cups of Healtheries simple baking mix 220g can of crushed pineapple - drained 1 cup of grated carrot 1 cup of natural macadamia slices 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Instructions: Grease and line a round or ring cake tin. Put the oil, eggs and water into a large bowl and whisk until combined. Added drained crushed pineapple then dry ingredients. Lastly add natural macadamia slices and pour carefully into cake tin. Sprinkle natural macadamia slices over the top of the cake. Place tin in oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius until slices turn golden brown, then cover top of cake with baking paper and continue to bake until cake is cooked and skewer comes out clean. Approximately 35mins.
