A delicious slice combination of almond, Brazil, macadamia, pecan and pistachio thick cut nut slices.

So named as it was designed for an Executive Chef in a Wellington hotel to be used in their breakfast muesli .

It has many uses:

• Great on cereal

• Sprinkle on yoghurt over fresh fruit

• Try as part of your crumble topping

• Add to rice prior to serving

• Sprinkle over salads and stir fries

• Roll your truffles in it 

Tip: 1/3 cup is approximately 30 grams. Many sources now recommend we eat 30-50 grams of mixed nuts a day. This is a simple way to do this.
